Leon Egan
- Founding Director
Banburra is led by proud Aboriginal man Leon Egan of Wiradjuri, Bangerang & Gunditjmara heritage. Leon's industry experience and extensive background in Indigenous education nationally, showcases his commitment to enhancing cultural awareness, reconciliation and making a difference to Aboriginal communities. Having had experience in the civil construction industry, he is able to bridge understanding and strengthen relationships in our dynamic industry.
Elise Bell
- General Manager
Elise has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Civil Construction industry. Her passion and drive has led her expertise to all things people and culture from social impact and social procurement to inclusion and diversity. Elise brings this passion, knowledge and experience with her to Banburra where she will strive to help make a difference in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
